After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation email. This email confirms that we have received your order, but it does not necessarily mean your order has been accepted.
Your order is accepted when we confirm acceptance by email or dispatch the products to you.

All prices shown on our website are in pounds sterling unless stated otherwise.
Prices are displayed inclusive of VAT where applicable.
Delivery charges, where applicable, will be shown before you complete your order.
We reserve the right to change prices, offers, discounts and promotions at any time. The price you pay will be the price displayed at the time you place your order, unless there has been an obvious pricing error.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate billing and payment information.
By placing an order, you confirm that:
- you are authorised to use the payment method provided;
- the payment information you provide is accurate;
- you will pay the price shown at checkout, including any applicable delivery charges; and
- your payment method may be charged for the order.
If your payment is declined or cannot be processed, we may cancel your order.

Promotions may be subject to separate terms and conditions, including expiry dates, minimum spend requirements, product exclusions or usage limits.
Unless stated otherwise, discount codes cannot be combined with other offers and cannot be exchanged for cash.

If a promotion has been used incorrectly, fraudulently or in breach of its terms, we reserve the right to cancel the order or remove the promotional benefit.
Section 9 – Shipping and Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders promptly. Estimated delivery times may be shown at checkout or in our Shipping Policy.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated.
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, couriers, customs, incorrect delivery information provided by you, events outside our reasonable control or other circumstances beyond our control.
Risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you when the goods are delivered to the delivery address you provided.
If you request delivery to a safe place, neighbour, collection point or alternative location, risk passes once the goods have been delivered to that location.
If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at support@trofilab.com and we will investigate with the carrier.
Your statutory rights in relation to late, missing, damaged or faulty goods are not affected.
Section 10 – Consumer Cancellation Rights
If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, you have the legal right to cancel most online orders within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.
This is known as the cooling-off period.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us clearly before the 14-day cancellation period expires. You can contact us by email at support@trofilab.com.
You may use the model cancellation form at the bottom of these Terms, but you do not have to.
If you cancel your order within the cancellation period, you must return the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after telling us you wish to cancel.
Unless the goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or we have agreed otherwise, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.
We will refund the amount paid for the returned goods, including the standard delivery cost paid at the time of order, where applicable.
We are not required to refund additional delivery costs if you chose a delivery method more expensive than our standard delivery option.
We may reduce your refund if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.
We will process the refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving the returned goods or receiving evidence that you have returned them.
Section 11 – Exceptions to Cancellation Rights
Your right to cancel does not apply to goods that have been sealed for health protection or hygiene reasons and have been unsealed after delivery.
This includes supplement products where the safety seal, lid seal or protective packaging has been opened or damaged after delivery.
This does not affect your rights if the goods are faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or not as described.

Section 12 – Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods
If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible at support@trofilab.com.
Please include your order number, a description of the issue and, where possible, photos of the product and packaging.
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
Depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to a refund, replacement or other remedy.
We may ask you to return the product to us before a refund or replacement is issued.
Where the goods are faulty, damaged or incorrect, we will cover reasonable return postage costs where a return is required.

Shopify provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to sell products to you.
Any purchase you make through our store is made directly with TROFILAB, operated by Horizon Retail Ltd.
Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of the sale between you and TROFILAB, including the products purchased, delivery, returns, refunds, customer service or any loss, injury or damage arising from your purchase, except where Shopify is directly responsible under its own terms or applicable law.
