Shipping Policy

Trofilab Shipping Policy

At Trofilab, we want your order to reach you as quickly and reliably as possible. All orders are dispatched from our UK facility and handled with the same care and standards we apply to everything we do.


Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 business day of being placed. Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday will typically be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm, or on weekends and bank holidays, will be dispatched the next working day.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.


Delivery Options

We currently offer two delivery options at checkout:

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. While we always aim to meet these timeframes, delivery times may occasionally be affected by factors outside of our control, including carrier delays, adverse weather, or busy periods such as public holidays.


Free Delivery

We periodically offer free delivery promotions. Any applicable free delivery offer will be displayed at checkout and applied automatically. Keep an eye on our website and emails for upcoming promotions.


Where We Deliver

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. For delivery to the Scottish Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland, and other remote areas, please be aware that delivery may take slightly longer than the estimated timeframes above.

We do not currently offer international shipping. We hope to expand delivery options in the future — sign up to our email list to be the first to know when international shipping becomes available.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email containing your tracking information. You can use this to monitor the progress of your delivery. If you have not received a tracking email within 2 business days of placing your order, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us.


Missing or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please allow one additional business day before contacting us, as occasional carrier delays can occur. If your order is significantly delayed or appears to be lost, please contact our customer support team and we will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Incorrect Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout. Trofilab cannot be held responsible for orders dispatched to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error in your delivery address immediately after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to amend it before dispatch.


Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with your order number and a photograph of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
