Refund policy
At TOFILAB, we take pride in the quality of every product we sell. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.
RETURNS
We accept return requests within fourteen (14) days of delivery. Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.
HOW TO RETURN
Get in touch with our team at support@tofilab.com and we'll get back to you with a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number.
Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item you received was incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service for your own peace of mind.
REFUNDS
Once we receive your return, our team will inspect it and process your refund within five (5) working days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a further 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account. We'll keep you updated by email throughout.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If something has arrived damaged or isn't what you ordered, please contact us at support@tofilab.com with a photo and your order number and we'll make it right.
BUNDLES & PROMOTIONAL ORDERS
If your order included a bundle deal or multi-buy discount and you return only part of it, the discount will no longer apply to the remaining items. Those items will revert to their standard individual prices, and your refund will reflect the difference.
If you return everything in the order, you'll receive a full refund of what you paid.
For faulty items within a promotional order, we'll send a replacement wherever possible. If we can't, we'll refund the proportional value of the affected item.
